“Mr. Tony Bernard was untilised by the Future Rotorcraft Capability (FRC) Programme Management Office from October 2005 through to April 2006 to provide support to the process of establishing a fully integrated schedule for a £900 million complex aerospace programme. … the level of commitment that he demonstrated was excellent. He was asked to act as a coordinator at a time when Westland were unable to assign one and showed great flexibility in meeting the differing requirements that arose during a period of instability within the Programmes environment.
Tony was able to take ownership of tasks that were given to him and his work was consistent and reliable.
